Registration Information
  • 2015 FMCA Annual Meeting registration will be handled on-line only. You may contact the FMCA Executive Director: if you have specialized registration needs.
  • A registration will need to be completed for each individual attending the conference. The system is not currently capable of handling group registrations.
  • All registrations, except for single day, include a ticket for the banquet, to be held Tuesday, November 17th, 2015.
  • You will need a credit card, check, or purchase order number to complete your registration. Visa or Mastercard are preferred.
  • Early registration, and the associated rates, ends October 29th, 2015.
  • Purchase Order and Check payments must be received by the FMCA Executive Director no later than October 31st, 2015.
  • No refunds will be given after October 31st, 2015.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your registration and fees due upon completion of the registration process.
